The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with project billing, charge-based billing, charge rules, project charges, and vendor bill charges, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex billing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in consulting, implementation, or application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteProjects / Project Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in project billing, charge-based billing, charge rules, project charges, and vendor bill charges.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation functional support for NetSuite SuiteProjects with focus on project billing and charge management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Project Billing, Charge-Based Billing, Charge Rules, and related charges.
• Review configurations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in SuiteProjects billing.
• Configure and optimize billing schedules, charge rules, and project charges based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients during calls to understand issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Document troubleshooting findings, root causes, configurations, and recommended solutions.
