You'll work EST hours with full-time commitment, manage payroll-related tasks, and ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and dashboards. Immediate start; 40 hours/week; compensation $2,000–$2,400 USD per month.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S.-based companies.
• At least 2 years in a global remote setup (North America).
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience with dashboards and auto allocations.
• Experience with payroll, vendor invoicing, and tax preparation.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and EMR platforms for billing and revenue capture.
• Strong English communication and high discretion with data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger bookkeeping and payroll processing.
• Administer NetSuite and integrated medical software; build dashboards.
• Reconcile funding, refunds, and patient financing platform activity.
• Process payroll journals, allocations, and tax-related entries.
• Gather data for revenue, COGS, payroll, and expenses; support audits.
• Prepare monthly practice operations summaries and cross-team reporting.
