Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an NDA Redlining Paralegal to review, revise, negotiate, and administer NDAs, protecting business interests in international agreements. JD-qualified professionals or paralegal certification are preferred, with at least 2 years of NDA experience.

The role is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, offering night shifts with competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, and ongoing learning through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• JD degree preferred; paralegal certification may be considered.
• At least 2 years of hands-on NDA contracting experience.
• Direct NDA review and redlining experience is required.
• Ability to review, revise, and negotiate NDAs.
• Strong knowledge of US legal terminology and international agreements.
• Proficiency with Word and Track Changes for contract revisions.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Examine NDA terms, prepare revisions, mark up contractual language, and support negotiation of proposed changes.
• Manage confidentiality agreements through review, approval, and execution lifecycle.
• Liaise with external legal representatives to discuss revisions and finalize terms.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and progress timelines.
• Track document versions, approvals, and milestones in SharePoint.
• Assist with legal documentation, proofreading, and supporting information verification.
• Provide ongoing support for contract administration and related processes.
• Complete additional legal and operational assignments as needed.
