FWD Inc. is seeking a paralegal to draft and review contracts and related documents for property management matters in the Philippines.

The role supports attorneys with legal research, client advice, and case preparation while maintaining organized files and calendars. The ideal candidate has a paralegal diploma or related certification, proven experience in a legal support role, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in paralegal studies or law-related field.
• Proven experience as paralegal or legal support role, preferably in property management or real estate law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft clear documents.
• Proficiency in legal research and ability to locate and analyse information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all legal documentation.
• Familiarity with Philippine property law and real estate regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence related to property management matters
• Conducting legal research and gathering information to support attorneys in case preparation and client advice
• Maintaining and organising legal files, documents and case records in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements
• Scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings between attorneys and clients
• Preparing pleadings, motions and other legal filings for submission to courts and relevant authorities
• Assisting with administrative tasks including correspondence, filing and office organisation
• Ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and maintaining detailed records of all legal matters
