Altametrics is seeking a Recruiter to scale our enterprise software and professional services teams. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to source and hire top talent across sales, marketing, accounting and related roles in a fully remote, full-time position.

This role operates on Pacific Standard Time night shifts with a 40-hour week, using ATS/CRM tools, and emphasizes confidential, compliant recruiting and an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in enterprise software or services is preferred.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and HR leadership.
