Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan processing. You will handle document management, NCCP checks, and data entry across MyCRM and lender portals, while coordinating valuations and settlements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and effective communication with brokers and lenders. Training and onsite work are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant course.
• Minimum 2 years of AU Mortgage Industry experience in loan processing.
• Experience using CRM software in mortgage broking.
• Proficient with IT software and Google Workspace / MS Office.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Document management and organisation of supporting documents.
• Perform NCCP compliance checks.
• Data entry of loan applications into CRM systems and lender portals.
• Conduct living expense analysis and generate credit reports.
• Prepare application paperwork for First Home Buyers and discharge forms.
• Coordinate valuations and communicate with valuation firms.
• Request pricing from multiple lenders for new and settled loans.
• Mitigate MIRs, conditional approvals, and settlement conditions.
• Cross-check loan documents to ensure accuracy per submission.
• Ensure settlements occur on time and meet deadlines.
