Boomering Inc is hiring a Mortgage Broker Assistant to support administrative and processing tasks for mortgage applications. You will coordinate with clients, gather documents, and assist brokers through underwriting and approval stages.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both from home and in-office. A background in AU loan processing and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/finance/Accounting/IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in AU Loan Processing.
• Must be located in Bacolod.
• Previous mortgage/banking/admin support experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with mortgage software or CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on application status.
• Assist clients in gathering documentation for loan applications.
• Prepare and organize mortgage application packages and related documents.
• Input client information into mortgage processing systems and prepare forms.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and stakeholders to facilitate timely processing.
• Monitor loan applications through underwriting and approval stages.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports for compliance/audit.
• Support marketing and client outreach as directed by the mortgage broker.
