Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular communication and engagement.
• Learn and understand the needs, interests, and preferences of members.
• Proactively reach out to members and ensure they remain engaged with the team and community.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Support member-related communications, announcements, and engagement activities.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, campaigns, content, and promotional activities.
• Help identify opportunities to improve member engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure member and marketing activities are completed on time.
• Track follow-ups, action items, and ongoing member activities.
• Stay ahead of upcoming priorities and proactively address tasks before they become urgent.
• Provide regular updates on completed activities, pending items, and potential concerns.
• Take initiative in identifying areas that need attention rather than waiting for instructions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the team evolves and business needs change.
