NeoWork in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to support our legal operations team in collecting and organizing documentation for motor vehicle injury case files. You will manage high-volume requests for medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance information from external providers, ensuring complete, accurate case files for litigation workflows.

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Meticulous attention to detail with confidential medical/legal documents.
Ability to manage multiple open requests simultaneously without losing items or deadlines.
Comfort with process-driven, high-volume settings and clear workflows.

Responsibilities

Request and retrieve medical records, bills, reports, and supporting documentation from external sources.
Track outstanding requests across multiple parties with detailed logs.
Follow up persistently to ensure timely completion and escalate delays.
Log and maintain all documentation in case management systems with high accuracy.
Meet quality standards and deadlines in a high-volume environment (15+ open requests).
Communicate status updates to internal teams regarding case file completion and blockers.
Identify and flag incomplete or missing documentation early to prevent delays.
