You will guide candidates from application to final interview, focusing on speed, follow-up, and a great candidate experience. Responsibilities include screening, coordinating language assessments, scheduling final interviews, maintaining records in Workable and spreadsheets, and daily

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, ideally high-volume in BPO/RPO/healthcare settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and ability to manage a large number of candidates.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workable is a plus) and Google Sheets or Excel.
• Availability for weekend shifts and a reliable home office with stable internet.
• Able to start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate language assessments and follow up on outstanding ones.
• Keep candidate records up to date in Workable and spreadsheets.
• Schedule final interviews and communicate updates to candidates.
• Report daily on pipeline progress and needs.
• Source additional candidates via boards, social media, referrals.
• Flag issues to project lead.
