Qualifications

• Experience in billing Medicare Part A is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure team clarity on duties.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve client issues.
• Ensure adherence to policies and coordinate with HR for disciplinary actions.
• Oversee team schedules and work allocations.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and monitor trackers/quota reports.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and mitigate denials.
• Learn and implement billing requirements by specialty, state, and carrier.
