Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Engagement Planner to execute and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. You will collaborate with the BSD at Compas to ensure flawless campaign execution while supporting the broader Engagement Planning team.

Responsibilities include learning media planning tools, assisting in tactical plans for various media channels, and partnering with supplier partners to stay current on media technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to support day-to-day operations while aligning execution with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages audiences.
• Develop competency in CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, MediaVitals.
• Assist in developing tactical plans for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Partner with Compas BSD on contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Assist in creating production grids and gathering creative specifications for agencies.
• Meet with supplier partners to stay current on existing and emerging media technologies.
• Support brand-specific planning and execution activities.
