Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Adept at compiling, analyzing, and communicating data.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of ensuring day‑to‑day operations support high‑level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute, activate and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team.
• Develop competency in CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.
• Assist in developing tactical plans for Display, Email, Print, POC and Conferences.
• Partner with Compas BSD on contract execution for various programs.
• Assist in creating production grids and gather specs for creative agencies.
• Meet with supplier‑partners to stay current on media technologies.
• Perform brand‑specific level work.
