Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join its remote team and contribute to the mechanical design of inspection systems. You will create 2D drawings and 3D models in SolidWorks 2026 for new parts, assemblies, and revisions, including enclosures and frames.

You will design sheet metal components, apply fabrication principles, ensure accurate metric drawings, and collaborate with the U.S.-based team to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience with SolidWorks 2026 (or recent version) and strong drafting skills.
• Experience with sheet metal design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D drawings and 3D models in SolidWorks 2026 for parts, assemblies, and revisions.
• Design and detail sheet metal parts with bend allowances and material considerations.
• Produce clean, dimensioned drawing packages with tolerances and metric units.
