Max Accelerate Technology Group is a fast‑growing, remote‑first company specializing in IBM Maximo staffing and delivery for global clients. We maintain a vast database of Maximo professionals and seek a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to grow our talent pool, validate technical fit, and capture decision‑maker details for sales leads.

You will blend traditional recruiting with technical sourcing, working across remote regions to power mission‑critical projects and expand our global Maximo network.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical/ERP/EAM roles.
• Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to gather detailed project and client information.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement & Interviews: conduct structured interviews and assess experience, certifications, and delivery track record.
• Data Capture & Profiling: record candidate skills, certifications, and salary expectations; track availability (remote, hybrid, relocation).
• Info Gathering Through Research: collect decision-maker details and log client references.
• CRM & Talent Pool Management: maintain candidate records in Salesforce or similar CRM; ensure data is accurate and organized.
