Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Maximo Integration Associate to support analysis, implementation, training, and application support for Maximo software within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will work across client projects, applying your knowledge of Maximo integration and reporting to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
• Understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, Escalations
• BIRT reporting: build tabular/grouped reports, apply parameters/filters, deploy via Maximo Report Administration
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

• Develop Automation Scripts (JavaScript/Rhino, Jython) for field validation, business rule automation, and workflow enhancements using the MBO framework
• Build Integration Framework components including Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, and Invocation Channels
• Design and develop BIRT reports to meet client operational and management reporting requirements
• Support Maximo implementation and integration activities for client projects
• Analyze client work management needs and translate into application requirements
• Configure Maximo components and validate data flow across integrated systems
• Assist in developing and testing integration solutions using middleware
• Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and defect tracking
• Gather information from client teams and resources to document design
• Assist with asset/work/field service process improvements
• Apply knowledge of Maximo, enterprise integration, and solution architecture to tasks

As a Maximo Integration Associate you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by supporting analysis, implementation, training, and application support for Maximo software within our Business Application Consulting practice. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, and reliability to project work, building technical knowledge, asking questions, and contributing to client and team needs in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of assigned tasks, gather information from multiple sources, identify patterns, apply learning from feedback, and develop your understanding of how business applications support client objectives.

What You Must Have

• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo 7.6.x or IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x)
• Integration Framework: understanding of Object Structures, Publish Channels, Enterprise Services, Cron Tasks, and Escalations
• BIRT Reporting: ability to build tabular and grouped reports, apply parameters and filters, and deploy reports via Maximo Report Administration
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
