Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Maximo Integration Senior Associate to join our global delivery team. You will analyze requirements, design, implement, and support Maximo solutions across ERP connections and asset management for diverse clients.

You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality delivery while translating business needs into robust integration patterns using IBM Maximo MAS and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• English: oral and written proficiency.
• Strong hands-on expertise with IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS Manage.
• Advanced Automation Script development (Rhino & Jython).
• Deep Integration Framework expertise: ERP/GIS/SCADA integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo modules: requirements, design, configuration, build, testing.
• Design and develop complex Automation Scripts for multi-step logic and triggers.
• Architect and implement enterprise Integration Framework solutions with ERP and external systems.
• Analyze client requirements and translate into Maximo integration solutions.
• Configure interfaces across Maximo, middleware, and enterprise apps.
• Develop integration components, data mappings, and technical docs.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and data flow errors across environments.
• Support workstream delivery by breaking down complex issues and proposing fixes.

As a Maximo Integration Senior Associate you will support client needs through analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support for Maximo software solutions within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve operational efficiency through integration-focused delivery, thoughtful problem solving, and clear communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo modules - requirements, design, configuration, build, and testing across Work Management, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, and PM
• Design and develop complex Automation Scripts for multi-step business logic, MBO framework extensions, escalation handlers, and integration event triggers
• Architect and implement enterprise Integration Framework solutions including bidirectional connectivity with ERP (SAP / Oracle EBS), GIS, SCADA, and external systems
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into Maximo integration solutions that support operational efficiency
• Designing and configuring system interfaces across Maximo, middleware, and enterprise applications
• Developing integration components, data mappings, and technical documentation for implementation activities
• Troubleshooting interface issues, data flow errors, and connectivity defects across application environments
• Supporting workstream delivery by breaking down complex technical issues and recommending practical fixes
• Coordinating testing activities, validating integration results, and updating solutions based on findings
• Applying knowledge of IBM Maximo Manage, Maximo Development, and enterprise integration methods to assigned work
• Interpreting client feedback and business context to refine solution design and implementation choices
• Mentoring junior team members on technical tasks, issue resolution, and delivery practices
• Building client relationships through responsive communication and dependable support for integration projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x and IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x) across multiple functional modules
• Advanced Automation Script development: complex multi-object scripts, launch-in-context extensions, custom MBO validation, integration event framework, and field-level scripting in JavaScript (Rhino) and Jython
• Deep Integration Framework expertise: design of object structures, bidirectional ERP/GIS/SCADA integration, error handling, JMS queue management, and enterprise messaging pattern
