School Of Virtual Assistance (SOVA) seeks a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing efforts across content creation, social media, email campaigns, and SEO. The ideal candidate will manage Canva-based visuals, CapCut videos, and basic SEO tasks while coordinating campaigns across major platforms.

Applicants should have a marketing-related degree and 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work US time zones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
• 1–2 years digital marketing experience; bonus for legal/professional services.
• Graphic design with Canva & Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic SEO & Google Business Profiles experience.
• Willingness to work US time zones (PST/EST/CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and campaign support for digital marketing.
• Plan and schedule social content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage email campaigns via marketing tools.
• Assist with SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
• Track performance metrics and report results.
• Manage workflows using HubSpot, Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
