Job summary

Visa Hunt is hiring a Marketing Assistant to drive lead generation, brand building, and client marketing support. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to grow the digital footprint, optimize e-commerce performance, and craft high-quality collateral for business clients.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, handling content creation, SEO, social management, and CRM tasks with a focus on timely lead follow-up and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI to improve output quality and efficiency.
• Copywriting experience for digital channels and social platforms.
• Experience managing or contributing to brand social accounts (IG, FB, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency with Canva for design tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to write on-brand copy.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with outbound follow-up to validate inquiries/leads.

Responsibilities

• SEO & content optimization using keyword research and AI-generated content.
• Social media: create, schedule, post content; respond to comments within SLA.
• Campaigns & e-commerce: assist email and SMS campaigns; support Shopify updates.
• Create client marketing collateral and keep resources organized.
• Lead management: audit leads, follow up, route to support channels.
• Website administration: update product details and testimonials; CRM maintenance.
