TSG Outsourcing is seeking a creative Marketing Graphics Designer to support our marketing and training initiatives. This role focuses on producing visual materials and videos that engage software and business audiences.

You will design print-ready marketing collateral, edit training videos, and ensure branding consistency across materials while meeting deadlines in a remote-work setup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency with graphic design and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual design, composition, typography, and branding.
• Ability to create engaging and professional marketing and training content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have access to their own licensed graphic design and video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short training videos demonstrating software applications and features.
• Design print-ready marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional artwork.
• Edit video recordings of staff presentations or discussions by adding background music, transitions, graphics, text, and other visual enhancements.
• Ensure all graphics and videos are professional, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's branding.
• Organize and manage design and video files to ensure materials are easily accessible and reusable.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final materials meet quality standards.
