Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an Instagram Social Media Manager (Luxury Real Estate) to build and manage a premium Instagram presence from the ground up. You will craft a polished, lifestyle-focused brand using professionally captured imagery, delivering complete creative ownership in a high-production-value market.

Responsibilities include content calendar management, template creation, and editing of photos/videos to reflect white-glove service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with a focus on lifestyle or luxury brands
• Strong graphic design skills to create professional templates and visual content
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Portfolio showcasing previous Instagram content creation work (required)
• Experience with image editing and content assembly tools
• Understanding of Instagram best practices, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a consistent Instagram content calendar with daily posting schedules
• Create elegant, on-brand templates for Instagram posts and stories that reflect a luxury lifestyle aesthetic
• Assemble and edit professionally captured pictures and reels into polished, high-production-value content
• Select appropriate fonts, colors, and overlays that align with the brokerage's sophisticated brand image
• Schedule and post content regularly to maintain a consistent brand presence
• Engage with followers and manage all Instagram interactions professionally
• Analyze what content performs well and adjust strategy accordingly
• Maintain organic, non-AI-generated content that showcases the luxury real estate lifestyle
• Collaborate closely with the team during the initial setup phase to establish brand protocols
• Ensure all content reflects the white glove service standard of the brokerage
