The role grows into broader administrative support, so being organized, polished, and eager to grow with us is essential as you collaborate directly with the owner to shape our brand.

Qualifications

• Proven Instagram content management experience (posts, reels, stories).
• Proficiency in Canva with templates and brand kits.
• Excellent copywriting to match a polished, luxury brand voice.
• Experience editing and repurposing photos and short-form video.
• Experience with content scheduling tools.
• Experience handling community engagement (comments/DMs).
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule Instagram posts, reels, and stories using our brand kit and Canva templates.
• Repurpose raw photos and videos into polished content.
• Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions in a boutique luxury voice.
• Reply to comments and DMs to nurture our community.
• Keep the feed cohesive and on-brand.
• Track post performance and suggest improvements to grow reach and engagement.
• As the role grows, manage email and calendar and keep CRM records current.
• As the role grows, handle client follow-ups from a dedicated work email and update website content.
