Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Localization Project Manager to own day-to-day delivery of localization programmes. You’ll coordinate resources, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and drive outcomes across a diverse portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong prioritization skills and organizational ability in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with localization workflows, quality management, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization projects and workstreams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Coordinate activities across linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers, DTP specialists, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress and changes.
• Allocate resources and address capacity or scheduling challenges.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned projects, updating clients and managing expectations.
