Legal Soft is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support U.S. law firms handling personal injury litigation. The role focuses on discovery drafting, e-filing, and coordinating depositions while maintaining organized case files and updating clients on case progress.

Ideal candidates have strong English proficiency (C1+), legal writing skills, and experience in auto accident litigation. Remote work with US business hours is offered, plus various bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Proven track record handling discovery—drafting and responding.
• Proficiency in case management software.
• Hands-on experience with e-filing portals.
• Experience coordinating depositions with vendors and multiple parties.
• Primary focus on auto accident litigation; premises liability and dog bite experience is a significant advantage.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong legal writing, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Availability to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery — Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
• Manage e-filing across various court portals and stay ahead of every deadline.
• Coordinate with vendors and multiple parties to notice and schedule depositions.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs.
• Maintain clean, well-organized case files and keep everything current in the case management system.
• Track court dates, filing deadlines, and calendars across an active litigation caseload.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear, consistent case updates.
