CoverGo Limited, a leading insurtech platform, is seeking a legally skilled professional to draft, review, and negotiate commercial and employment contracts. You will advise internal teams, handle corporate housekeeping, and support privacy and regulatory matters for a global client base.

Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with internal and external counsel, stay updated on laws, develop templates, and help ensure compliant, risk-aware operations as the company expands across Asia,

Qualifications

• Must hold a legal degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal practitioner or paralegal.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial contracts or employment matters is a plus.
• Physically based in the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, service, and vendor agreements; advise on risks.
• Advise HR on employment terms, contractor engagements, and offboarding; draft related agreements.
• Handle corporate housekeeping and filing of documents.
• Develop internal legal processes, templates, and policies.
• Support privacy and security teams on data processing agreements and addenda.
• Track NDAs, renewals, and deadlines; coordinate IP filings with external counsel.
• Communicate with clients and third‑party providers on legal matters.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel and other teams; assist on other tasks as needed.
