Job summary
CoverGo, a leading insurtech platform, seeks a Philippines-based Legal Counsel to draft and review commercial and HR agreements. You will advise internal teams on legal positions, handle corporate housekeeping, and stay updated on evolving regulations affecting CoverGo’s digital insurance solutions.
You will work with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance, data privacy, and risk mitigation while supporting RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years as a legal practitioner or similar role.
