Job summary

CoverGo, a leading insurtech platform, seeks a Philippines-based Legal Counsel to draft and review commercial and HR agreements. You will advise internal teams on legal positions and stay updated on evolving regulations impacting digital insurance solutions.

You will work with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance, data privacy, and risk mitigation while supporting RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial and HR agreements.
• Knowledge of corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and risk management.
