CoverGo, the Insurtech market leader, seeks a skilled in-house legal professional to translate technical requirements into precise legal language and draft DPAs, Security Addenda, and SaaS contracts with a focus on data privacy compliance. Date privacy and cybersecurity expertise will help maintain policy alignment, respond to incidents, and support business through RFPs and commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• In-house legal experience related to technology contracts and privacy compliance.
• Experience translating complex technical requirements into legal language.
• Ability to draft and negotiate DPAs, Security Addenda, and SaaS agreements.
