Job summary

Doit is seeking a Lead Engineer to own major products and systems, and raise the engineering bar. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will design systems, write and review code, and guide other engineers from idea to production.

You should be comfortable moving between architecture and implementation—making strong technical decisions while staying close to the code. You will mentor teams and drive initiatives across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems.
• Deep expertise in backend, frontend, APIs, databases or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Hands-on coding ability and willingness to stay close to code.
• Proven experience leading major engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and execution of major products and initiatives.

• Code, prototype, review, debug, and resolve production issues.
