Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineering lead to develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide a team of developers, review code, and resolve complex technical issues while coordinating with business, QA, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires 5+ years in software development, proficiency in Java, .NET, and JavaScript, and familiarity with API integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Healthcare/health insurance system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and systems.
• Lead and support a team of developers in delivering software projects and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, review code, and help resolve development issues.
• Support application integrations, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Work closely with business, QA, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
