Job summary
Advanced Energy is seeking a立 Lead Software Engineer to guide the software development lifecycle for Critical Sensing and Control products and automation platforms. You will drive architecture, project execution, and engineering best practices while mentoring engineers across cross-functional teams.
The role requires coordinating requirements, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring secure coding standards and DevOps practices throughout delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or project leadership role.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, and Node.js, with strong knowledge of OOP principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop, web, and automation applications, ensuring scalable software architecture.
- Develop and maintain database solutions, manage source code repositories using Git/Bitbucket, implement and support CI/CD pipelines, apply DevOps best practices, and ensure secure coding standards.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, automation, testing, and cybersecurity.
- Perform software troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and code reviews, and ensure delivery of reliable, maintainable software.
