Caldic is seeking a driven Key Account Manager in Food and Nutrition to grow our presence in Bakery, Beverage and Processed Meat sectors. This is a remote role with a global scope, focusing on hunting for new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and strengthening relationships with key accounts while delivering technical guidance to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field (Food Technology, Chemistry or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of sales or business development experience in the Food and Nutrition segment with a technical background.
• Strong hunter sales mindset and track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue new opportunities, expand customer base, and exceed growth targets.
• Account Management: nurture key accounts, understand needs, and grow share through cross-sell and upsell.
• Technical Promotion & Support: promote Principals’ portfolio, provide product insights and training to customers.
• Market Representation: represent Caldic at industry events and stay ahead of market trends.
• Performance & Reporting: prepare reports on account performance and market trends; collaborate cross-functionally.
