Job summary

Advice Lab in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support Australian Financial Planners. You will prepare high-quality, compliant advice documents, model financial scenarios, and assist in strengthening our advice processes.

The role requires minimum 3 years’ paraplanning experience, strong knowledge of superannuation, re-contribution strategies, lending and investment concepts, SMSF and trust structures, and hands-on experience with Xplan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar advice-support role.
• Strong working knowledge of: Superannuation/pension strategies, Re-contribution strategies, Lending and investment concepts, SMSF and trust structures.
• Hands-on experience with Xplan (essential).

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) tailored to adviser requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, technical quality, and compliance across all advice documents.
• Conduct financial modelling: comparing current vs. recommended positions.
• Complete all tasks and workflows within Xplan (full system functionality required).
• Maintain strong professional relationships with authorized representatives.
• Contribute to improving paraplanning processes and documentation.

We are looking for an experienced and detailed oriented Paraplanner to join our growing team supporting Australian Financial Planners. If you have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy building effective advice strategies, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with advisers to prepare high-quality, compliant advice documents and support a wide range of technical financial planning tasks. You will also assist in modelling financial scenarios, updating systems, and strengthening our advice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) tailored to adviser requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, technical quality, and compliance across all advice documents.

• Home Equity Lending
• Investments
• SMSF
• Trust structures
• Conduct financial modelling: comparing current vs. recommended positions.
• Complete all tasks and workflows within Xplan (full system functionality required).
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Ability to link strategies to outcomes/benefits.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with authorized representatives.
• Contribute to improving paraplanning processes and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree (4year course) or at least 2 years in college with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
