Advice to Talent is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to blend administration with insurance premium quotes and client portfolio preparation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely task execution, and proactive client service in a remote setup.

The candidate will compile reports, manage applications, prepare documentation, and coordinate meetings while upholding confidentiality. Experience with North platform/AMP Suite and RG146 is advantageous.

Qualifications

1 year experience in AU Financial Planning support is required.
TimeDoctor usage is mandatory.
Internet connection of at least 50 Mbps is required.

Responsibilities

Summarize client details, set files, and add data to the financial planning software.
Prepare product comparison reports with insurers and investment companies to gather client portfolio information.
Prepare application forms, reports, and mindmap presentations.
Submit applications and follow up on insurance, underwriting, medicals, etc.
Prepare portfolio reports, presentations, and documents for client meetings.
Schedule meetings and manage travel itineraries.
Use CRM to manage and update client data.
Assist advisor with creating recommendations and research for financial planning.
