Job summary

Australian Account is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support back-office operations in a temporary work-from-home arrangement. The role includes handling documentation, client communications, data entry, and preparing portfolios and reports for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants anywhere in the Philippines (must have own equipment and stable connection).
• Completed at least 2nd-year college of education (any Business Related Course).
• At least 2 years of experience in any BPO or Financial Institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting/Banking/Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in Real Estate or Insurance is a plus.
• Must be compliant with Company Policies, Code of Practice and Security Policies.

Responsibilities

• General admin tasks including documentation, contracts and informing clients of rules and requirements.
• Setup client files and online research of applicant credit status and current financial position.
• Customer Relationship Management data entry and upload of documents into software.
• Prepare forms, templates and portfolio reports for client meetings.
• Create workflow maps and ensure intranet is updated and compliant with security policies.
• Follow up with clients to verify information and ensure complete details.
• Prepare insurance premium estimates and quotes using applicable software.
• Submit and track application forms and maintain client communications.
