Job summary

TLNT is hiring a Junior CRO Specialist to turn customer insight into revenue-driving wins across digital storefronts. The role focuses on rapid A/B testing, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration while working remotely with PST hours.

You'll execute experiments, review data and feedback, and document learnings to build a reusable knowledge base. This entry-level position offers growth and long-term engagement with TLNT.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in CRO, eCommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field (including internships and coursework).
• A reliable remote work setup with consistent daily overlap with PST business hours.
• Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and ways of thinking.
• Understands that CRO drives business outcomes, not just conversion lifts.

Responsibilities

• Test Execution & Support: build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests across DTC and international storefronts.
• Data & Customer Insight: review performance data, session recordings, and customer feedback to surface friction points.
• Experiment Pipeline Management: maintain testing roadmap, track status and timelines, cover PTO/absences.
• Cross-Team Support: translate goals from Paid, International, and other teams into testable ideas.
• Hypothesis Development: convert insights into clear hypotheses (X improves Y because Z).
• QA & Documentation: quality-check tests and document setup, results, learnings for reuse.
• Reporting: summarize test results, successes, failures, and recommended next steps in clear language.
