Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a highly analytical Website Performance & CRO Manager to own conversion performance across our DTC client portfolio. You will improve website conversions, optimize UX, and drive measurable revenue growth for Shopify-based brands through experiments and data-driven decisions.

This remote role requires independent prioritization, proactive optimization, and clear linkage of improvements to business outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of CRO, website performance, UX optimization, or DTC e-commerce experience.
Strong Shopify experience across product pages, themes, structure, and optimization.
Advanced proficiency in GA4 and analytics-driven decision making.
Experience running A/B tests and translating results to business impact.
Familiarity with CRO, UX, Shopify practices and client-portfolio work.

Responsibilities

Own conversion rate optimization and CRO ownership across client sites.
Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests on homepage, PDPs, collections, landing pages and checkout.
Analyze behavior with heatmaps, session recordings, funnels; validate hypotheses with experiments.
Deliver data-driven optimization recommendations with expected business impact.
Provide wireframes and implementation guidance to design and development teams.
Monitor website performance, Core Web Vitals, and QA processes before launches.
