Job summary

Spiralyze is seeking a Project Manager (Early Career) for a remote role in the Philippines. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across research, design, development, and analytics to move high-impact A/B tests from idea to launch and analysis.

You will support building a testing roadmap of 10–20 experiments, communicate the rationale to clients, and maintain momentum. Fresh graduates in Economics, Math, or Finance are encouraged to apply and will receive training.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates— Economics, Math, or Finance majors.
• No prior A/B testing experience or formal project management experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordination: manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and ensure tests move from idea → build → launch → analysis.
• Strategy & Planning: help build a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments and present progress weekly.
• Energy (Vibes): be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping momentum and focus.
