Qualifications

• US GAAP knowledge and experience in a fast-paced consumer products environment.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience, in industry or public accounting.
• Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency (NetSuite) required.
• Experience handling Amazon accounts and remittance reconciliation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable processes: invoice matching, posting, vendor communication, payments, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage Accounts Receivable processes: credit control, collections, and remittance reconciliation.
• Reconcile Amazon remittances and investigate incorrect deductions for recovery.
• Perform reconciliations across expenses, bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain a clean general ledger with supporting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end close: journal entries, accruals, close checklists, variance analysis.
• Assist with audit and tax support: documentation and information requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
