Eightx - Fractional CFOs for FMCG Brands is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our remote team. You will help maintain accurate financial records, handle invoicing and payroll, and support Amazon and Shopify bookkeeping for eCommerce clients.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, with 1–2 years of experience preferred but not required, especially for candidates with strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You will work across NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other platforms, contributing

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting eCommerce businesses, especially Amazon.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize financial transactions for accurate records.
• Run monthly bank, credit card, loans reconciliations.
• Record and track invoices and bills; follow up on overdue payments.
• Run and submit payroll for approval; ensure accuracy.
