Job summary

Sardine seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for its fraud and compliance products. You’ll own end-to-end integrations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and work hands-on with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technical roles, 2+ years in B2B SaaS, and strong communication, SQL/JSON, and API scripting skills. This is a remote-first role with global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with strong execution and integration skills.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with SQL and JSON payload analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end onboarding support for clients.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support docs.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using Sardine's tech.
• Monitor project quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Gather product feedback from customers to inform internal decisions.
