Job summary

Sardine is a remote-first risk platform specializing in fraud and AML operations, seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for our products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with clients and internal teams for successful deployments.

This hands-on role requires strong technical execution, API, scripting experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical roles with strong execution and integration experience.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization; can manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding, setting clients up for success.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
• Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions.
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, timelines, risk, and deliverables.
• Build understanding of customers' business problems and design solutions using Sardine's technology.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
