Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits before all appointments.
• Document coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
• Obtain prior authorizations for procedures and services as required.
• Track authorizations, expirations, and renewals; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate results to clinical and administrative staff; support billing teams.
