Job summary

Bundle is seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to craft, refine, and scale training materials for live leadership development programs. You will work with the core learning design team to apply adult learning principles and ensure each deck, plan, and resource meets Bundle's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to professional training.
• Strong visual design and accessibility awareness for slide decks.
• Experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Copilot) into design workflows.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Format and update materials to match Bundle design templates.
• Create learner-specific versions of training content per guidelines.
• Perform light content edits and regular updates on learning assets.
• Conduct quality control for design, formatting, and consistency with Lesson Plans.
• Apply adult learning principles to keep content clear and actionable.
• Utilize AI tools to improve instructional design efficiency.
• Manage files and documentation using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
