You will collaborate with the core learning design team to apply adult learning principles and ensure all decks meet Bundle's standards for quality and engagement.

This remote role suits a detail-focused designer who can format existing content, tailor it to our frameworks, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of adult learning principles andragogy in professional training.
• Strong presentation design skills with visual layout and accessibility focus.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Copilot) into design workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound content judgment.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• High autonomy and ability to follow guidelines independently.
• Clear, professional written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Format and update materials to match Bundle’s design templates.
• Build learner-specific versions of existing training content.
• Execute light content edits and regular asset updates.
• Quality control of materials against Bundle's Lesson Plans.
• Apply adult learning principles to keep content clear and actionable.
• Use AI tools to enhance efficiency in design tasks.
• Manage files and documentation using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
