Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking an Medical Coder to accurately apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation and services rendered. The role supports proper sequencing, payer compliance, and clean claim submissions from a home-based workspace.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of coding experience, CPC license, and flexibility to handle different specialties. Equipment is provided, with company-paid CPC renewal and WFH setup.

• Data entry speed 50-60 WPM

Responsibilities

• Apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation and services rendered
• Ensure proper code sequencing and modifiers per payer guidelines
• Review and correct coding errors, denials, or rejected claims
• Document and enter data for claims
• Abstract data elements during chart reviews for coding
• Coordinate with Billing, AR, and Authorization teams
• Support audits, quality reviews, and training for billers
