Job summary

Med-Metrix in the Philippines is seeking a Supervisor, Inpatient Coding Auditing – Academy to lead the inpatient coding team, focusing on productivity, accuracy, and compliance with ICD-10-CM/PCS and UHDDS standards. This role serves as the main liaison between coders, QA, and Training to ensure high-quality output.

You will oversee workload allocation, track KPIs, and drive process improvements while supporting automation and updated workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years inpatient DRG coding experience (ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG) required.
• Experience supervising teams and managing workloads.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/privacy and information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inpatient coding team to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Monitor queues, TATs, and SLAs; allocate workloads and handle escalations.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching; conduct reviews and remediation.
• Collaborate with QA and Training teams to address errors and align training.
• Maintain operational dashboards and report insights to leadership.
