Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Engineer to work remotely from Metro Manila, Philippines. You will maintain security standards, monitor tools, and collaborate with IT and engineering teams to strengthen our security posture across cloud and on-prem environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security tool management (EDR, SIEM, DLP, PAM) and strong fundamentals in networks, firewalls, and operating systems. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining and supporting a security application or tool such as EDR, DLP, SIEM or PAM.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, networks, firewalls, and operating systems.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, recommendations, and analysis to management and other technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support security standards to reduce risk of data loss and incidents.
• Monitor security tools and remediate issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering teams to strengthen security posture.
