Information Security Engineer - Security Control Validation
Maintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risk related to data loss and security incidents.
Monitor security tools to ensure they are operating effectively, and take corrective action to remediate agent or system issues as needed.
Maintain and support security capabilities to ensure partner teams have reliable tools to monitor, detect, and protect the environment.
Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering teams to support issue resolution and strengthen security posture.
Work with partner teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize security tooling and related services; create, track, and manage tickets to resolution; validate remediation and elevate issues when required.
Support network security operations and contribute to the implementation of new technologies and enhancements to strengthen our overall security capabilities.
Develop and maintain procedures and internal team documentation to improve consistency and operational efficiency.
Provide backup support during urgent or emergency situations to ensure continuity of security operations.
