Job summary

MicroSourcing International in the Philippines is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator who will support the marketing team by sourcing and managing influencer relationships, coordinating product review initiatives, and assisting with consumer testing programs.

The role is remote, with a focus on organized collaboration, communication, and driving influencer campaigns for beauty, lifestyle or consumer products.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or consumer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, email outreach, and Google Suite.
• Remote work self-motivated and proactive.
• Knowledge of beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: identify and build relationships with influencers.
• Negotiation & Coordination: reach out to influencers, negotiate rates, manage contracts and coordinate content deliverables.
• Review Generation Programs: source and manage individuals for product reviews on our site and retailers.
• Consumer Studies: support brand team through consumer study initiatives, including recruiting participants and collating feedback.
• Database & Reporting: maintain accurate records of influencer contacts, campaigns, and results for reporting.
• Collaboration: work with marketing team to align campaigns with brand objectives.
